I think 1 week for a poll is too short. 2-3 weeks would be better in my opinion.
There are busy people out there that might even had the chance to play anything yet.
Halloween is next week already, precisely 1 week from now, and the final mappack is meant to be finished and released by then.
The whole point of having a deadline weeks before Halloween was to give time for both the voting and any fixes and improvements the maps may require before being released right before Halloween itself.
Most of us are busy people in one way or another, some more, others less, so those who cannot spend something like an hour to play all the maps (which is sufficient), or at least a few minutes to check them out, then they simply won't vote at all, simple.
Plus, they have been released for ages, some from even before the deadline, so if they weren't tried then, and won't get tried until the end of this week, it's unlikely they will get tried at all afterwards.
As I mentioned previously, time and time again, let's not drag this out.

The poll should be more announced at more places I think? I mean last year it was 10 votes a day or something.
Yeah, that would be nice.
Although in order to motivate folks to play it in the first place, and then vote, there ought to be an attractive post with a central picture of all the maps and the contest itself.
Maybe it could be posted at Epic's forum and in UT official subreddit as well (UT4 is stopped, so this might be something refreshing to have there as well), and maybe even on UT's discord (the one from Epic).
First for the voting, and then another one for the final mappack, which should contain the maps in their best form (fixed, improved in some way, etc), with the needed Chaos stuff and all.
