Is there a mutator out there that doesn't allow the redeemer to load when the map loads?

An easier way of accomplishing no Redeemer in your maps ( without using/adding a mutator ) would be to add this string to your mapvote config.

Botpack.NoRedeemer

( this is built into the game already )
