At the botton in the editor also type "texture cull"
exit the editor
Then check what textures are still from the old file.
There is also a texture replace thing, but you still need to make a new texture file to pick from.
Also if there is some custom deco that uses a texture you need to delete the deco or MyLevel will still always be needed.it

So the spoiled archives have found the way to the new database UnrealArchive... Too bad, this would had been the chance to create a clean and usable file database.
