Dear administrators. Maybe I spawned extra messages?
If so, then maybe you delete - my last two messages. See how better - decide for yourself.
I just hurried a little and multiplied in a hurry without too much checking for errors.
Therefore, the final version is the most correct one. Those others can work too, but this one is more advanced.
In the end - I plan to make a copy of the UBrowser but during the summer - it will take a lot of time, but I’m interested
so I will work.
Well, perhaps everything - see you, thank you for your attention!

I'd probably just recommend removing the older version of the attachment, otherwise everything seems fine to me. :tu:

@UnrealGGecko THAT'S NOT FINE.

@3anon please rename your new file to avoid mismatches.
We have already enough files with the same name all over the community!

Why the big fuzz? It's a tool the client is using on his OS right? Why worry about mismatches if it's not going on servers?

Would you mods please calm down before going CAPS!?!?

I wasn't going Caps, I was going Bold.

So, you say it's ok to have many different versions of a file with the same name as long as isn't going on a server?

There's a big misunderstanding going on here on what this actually is...

I just downloaded this just to fully understand what's in there, although the topic description seems to be clear enough, and it seems to be just a standalone .exe file as expected, without any UT packages of any kind, meaning that is a completely separate application, which 3anon developed as he described in his first post.

Which means that there are absolutely no issues in updating it and keeping the same name, being an independent program, I would even say that keeping the same name is actually the right thing to do for anything which is not an UT package.
From here, concerning about when to rename and when to not rename an UT package, that could be a discussion for another topic to not steer this one away.

You where going BOTH caps and bold :tu:

And yes, it's a completely natural thing to do with programs, they keep their names as they work according their version, build, patch or whatever the developer chooses to name a new version 8)

As you are building EXEs, make a point of updating the version numbers inside.

Yes ...you are right.
@3anon I apologize.

Nitpicker.
But you are right, I used it in my response to Gecko.

Hey. Previous versions are unfinished - the "play here" item did not work if the server used a non-standard port, fixed!
