I know I don't post often but there's a really good reason for this most recent gap in time.

Since last Wednesday I've been in Stanford hospital with damaged kidneys and congestive heart failure. Those who know me better, this was that thing that had me feeling crappy got months,

I'm outta the hospital today, spending a week or so with Mom to adjust.

So a little over 2 weeks, I think as my perception of time is a bit off, of recovering at Mom's, and I was back to work yesterday.

I can walk like I used to before I got sick, provided it's a flat surface. Even a slight incline is enough to remind I'm not fully there yet.

Really appreciate all the responses and support!
