That was a static image uploaded. I will explain the issue further:

So, Duke's textures are 2048x2048 and can't be uploaded as .bmp but .pcx. same size, the problem is UT99 doesn't show the model's textures.

I thought I was did some mistake in renaming the skins, but I didn't. so I messed around until I found something. On the texture coordinator, if you 'remap' which turns into a mess and then save it/compile it, it works, but it's a mess. do I need to use another software like 3DS MAX?

First my English is the worst.
Second It's a mess, I mean I can give what I used to make this 'model'.

I use only Milkshape 3D, it has the UT skeleton in 'tools section' .All the models were downloaded from Steam(GMod) converted to .smd to use it in Milkshape 3D.
