Slow going but fun.

I can't fix all of them. While there's many things I can do, some things I'm no good at. Like texture re-alignments. With that guy putting porn pics everywhere, he built things to put them on which are not so easy to remove, causes BSP-Hell!

There's also some places where when I remove the porn pic I have to guess what was supposed to go there from what else is available in the editor. I have most every package in my textures folder there is.... barring the occasional original stuff some mappers make custom.

What I can fix I am though... still sucks he deleted the original mappers' info so I can't credit them at all.

Looking at the filename for some hint wouldn't work?

In some cases, maybe, but he mostly renamed them with this formula:
Gametype-Pornstar name or body part-his name.unr

These are ones I haven't gotten around to editing yet... as you can see how he named them, not much clue what they were originally.

What's worse, there's no real rhyme or reason to where he put the porn. In some cases it's on windows or in picture frames, which kinda makes sense, but more often than not it's all over the walls and on the floors and ceilings. You can barely see any map around the porn.

It would bother me less if it was well done, but it really wasn't.

It's a gothic styles castle with blonde pornstars slathered all over it

I could almost excuse if they'd picked gothic models, but even then the pics are all over the place. It's like one wall is: wall pic wall pic wall pic corner pic. It doesn't look good, the pics are just placed every with sense of reason.

Added black boxes on screenshot to show, the pics are placed like this all over the map. There's a corridor off to the left there where it's like 15 pics along one wall on one side and they're just plastered along the wall, not even trying to make it look like they're supposed to be there.

Just looks tacky.

Ah lol, it's as bad as I expected. I actually meant the title, btw, not the map itself

I found a little inconsistency: on page AS-SpaceMars the reference count for file Sandman.umx is zero, but on page MH-SpaceMars its reference count is seven. The hash value is identical.

Thanks - AS-Spacemars is packaged as a UMOD file. I only recently fixed the dependency resolver to consider the contents of UMODs, so I'll re-index those soonish.

Edit: Hmm, maybe you're talking about the "also in" counts for included files? Looks like there might be an issue with UMODs there too, will investigate.

File references and dependencies for UMOD file contents have been fixed (was a bug in hash calculation).

Shrimp wrote: Thu Dec 17, 2020 6:51 am The "Single Player" maps section on the site is a bit of a mess, since presumably they require special mods to play, and obviously most of them lack specific prefixes so it's difficult to match them up to what's needed to play them.
Some clarification on some of those maps :-
1 ACTF is for play with the Apocalypse mod - a weapons and pickup mod which doesn't appear to have a specific gametype;
2 Akhenaten is actually a DOM map for the Neo Cairo mod (though like all NC maps it can be played in UT without using the mod) - not a SP map;
3 Those with the prefix 'DTF' are for the gametype Dominate the Flag and so are not single player maps;
4 KOTH_Wilderness is for the (Chaos) King Of The Hill gametype - not a SP map
5 OU is an Unreal map - it contains assets (like HHPawns) that won't run in UT;
6 SD is the prefix for the gametype mod Smash Droids and so not a SP map (a couple more SD maps are in UNKNOWN maps);
7 sp2d-test is a test map for a 2d UT game - not a SP map per se - perhaps there should be a MISC category for test maps, logo maps and the like (there are plenty of these in UNKNOWN).

I've included this list here as it's easier than opening a GitHub issue for each one. If this is a useful way of providing feedback, I can provide more clarification on the UNKNOWN maps over time.
