who can i talk to about modifying a rifle please

can anyone tell who is the best person to speak to about either making a new sniper rifle or modifying one that i have allready.

i want to change some things on the one i want to use thanks.


the gun i want to use is the geoffg11 tracer all i need if it is possible to take the tracer rounds off i like the fire rate and the scope also would like to have (sXs) written on it

i know i have asked about how to change it myself but im afraid im not clever enough to do that so i thought i would ask if anyone here could do it for me maybe.

i know its probably a lot to ask butworth a try thanks

Does that rifle have a readme and contact info of the author? Maybe you can ask the original author if he is around and if he can do the needed adjustments.
