Yeah, I deleted the content which I downloaded, I'm no longer hosting that sort of things, it's under my dignity...
Mental_Issues.PNG
Now please allow me to throw up - this is what this work does... vomit triggering. It's the same feeling as in when you wake up in a trash-box :barf: .

As I remember, in 2009 Epic still had old documentation about zoning and pathing and... all those things. Not everyone was interested and then... I'm not interested to contact these people when I'll decide to fix lousy stuff. Ignorance it's the response(answer/reply) at ignorance. These are still hosted after 20 years of UT demonstrating that the goal is quantity not quality...
Yeah, Image it's from 469b - it shows exactly what's there in less than 3 seconds... it's indeed a performance improvement at 469b...

EvilGrins wrote: Mon Feb 13, 2012 5:04 am There's a sorely lack of any real ut2004 forums so far as I've seen.

A stretch back I found this great site...
http://www.dorkforce.com/winkyboy_files/UT2004/
...which seems to be down.

More than any other site, it was primarily focused only on ut2004 vehicles. I went through their inventory and downloaded most of it, fortunately. Over a couple weeks I tested every single one of those vehicles before I was satisfied with what I wanted...

...but I kept all of the .zips just in case I ever wanted to switch them.

My onslaught games are very fun because of these, with the excpeption of that one with the starships because I can only use that on that CTF map:

AWyeah... cool - I knew there was a reason to keep those files online!! I haven't played for ages, true, but UT99 (and UT2004) were/are such classics I imagine people will be playing them for a long time, yet. :tu:

Glad you found me!

Welcome aboard man! Didn't you make the Sink Pack for 2k4? Quite enjoyed that mappack there :D
Mind also uploading your maps to UnrealArchive.org? Seems many of your maps are still missing over there :P

We now have an archive. (Thanks, Shrimp!) It would be a very good idea to upload that stuff there.

ProTip 1: anybody using the phrase "I'm a True Fan and You're Not!" is an obnoxious, self-centered, egotistical, elitist, narcissist douchebag.
ProTip 2: anybody who uses the "Royal We" when making a demand wants to pass their own opinion as everyone else's.
ProTip 3: Only the people that do nothing but criticize don't make mistakes. Do things. Make mistakes. Learn from them. And screw those who do nothing but throw poison and criticize.
ProTip 4: If the Duke Nukem Forever fiasco wasn't enough of a lesson, perfectionism leads to nothing positive. Don't be afraid of releasing a buggy product. Even the most polished product has its flaws.

Hi - just to point out that DM-MesaVerde is missing several packages (basically, all the non-default textures and decos) so won't run.

Welcome to the forum, and if you're still making stuff for UT this is the most active UT forum out there so please share it!
