Bad.

Big pointless images.
Word "index" on index page.
Menu which take FullHD screen instead of be sidebar.
Some images big and animated, but visible only as thin row.
List of links hard to read.
White underlined text without hover for links.
Visited color not supported on links.
Black text on dark grey background.
Text too small.
Scrolled block on page instead of display it full.
At end scrolled block big empty gap.
Footer look as unfinished thing.

And this is only index page.

All of this look like draft. Not as ready for use website.

You want people to post their UT server IP'S here so you can add them to a list on your website?

FYI: You are using the word mine where you should be using the word my.

In regards to the website you could highlight the current page in the navigation instead of having a massive div at the top of the page instead, or just a smaller title div, or both.

Ok, two things:
1-Have you considered using the banners from a website like Gametracker? I find it a more elegant solution.
2-You have CacheSizeMegs=4 in the master server settings. Please correct if wrong, but it should be a value between 256 and 512, I have mine at 384.

The masterserver page contains the word "sinds" a few times. I assume you mean "since"
Please install an English dictionary in your browser and use it.
However, I would recommend that you make your site in your own language first, or focus on information and files that you cannot easily find on English language sites.

Don't re-invent the wheel. Fit is with a nice new tyre if you can.

No need to rewrite something you can link to, unless you have something new to add or a new way to present it.
eg. link to http://333networks.com/instructions and just write the things on your page that you feel are missing from the instructions you find there.

So much good advice here. :D A dutch UT website would be a great addition, I think. You would say it would limit the audience, but no, look at how many players visit utzone.de, me included.

There must be endless people who don't understand English but understand Dutch, and get fed up with most stuff being in English, your site might stand out more/be more popular being in Dutch instead, don't feel sad about it ;)

I have noticed that many of the forum links are either dead or leading to spam. EvilGrins keeps an up to date active forums list here viewtopic.php?f=12&t=4160 . A lot of the links are what he calls "gone for good". Please check that list often.
