It's not a big problem you can easily add an exception and restore the file but, for some reason Avast will randomly send XC_Launch to the virus vault, I can play for weeks at a time and not have it happen. This has happened two times in total see image below:
Just a heads up more than anything.

Avast is poop ...anyway, it's seams very odd.
Maybe white-listing XC_Launch might help.

Re: Avast + XC_Launch
Yeah that's what I did, thought I would make this topic just in case someone else notices XC_Launch.exe disappearing from time to time, I've had no notifications from Avast about them being moved. First time it happened I just thought I deleted it by mistake.

Re: Avast + XC_Launch
AVG was too much of a resource hog when I used it in the past, I just use windows defender nowadays, if I don't trust something I just won't download or view it.
Re: Avast + XC_Launch
Exactly. Antiviruses slow down computers too much, the windows defender works pretty well. Anyway, you can check files at virustotal.com, if they are not too big.UT Sniper (SJA94) wrote: ↑Thu Jul 01, 2021 10:47 pm AVG was too much of a resource hog when I used it in the past, I just use windows defender nowadays, if I don't trust something I just won't download or view it.

Those applications belong to the past.
And even if, they always don't shut down Defender.
It's about trackers and PUPs these days, a good ad blocker (ublock) and you are good to go.
