It's DM-Redkin by Sjoerd ''Hourences'' De Jong. It's for UT2004.

That's a great guess actually, it has some similarities.

Your welcome, when I looked at the picture I first thought it was a UT99 map made for the CTC or FoT mappacks, but then I took a good look at the picture and I came to the conclusion that it couldn't have been done in UT99 because of the complexity of some of the geometry, also the map reminded me of Hourences maps in UT2004 so I searched his maps in many websites, the search concluded when I looked his maps in Mapraider and found DM-Redkin and it had the same screenshot that appears in the picture.
