Also I have one question - how to add collision to mesh? Now possible to go through all such meshes. Need to fix it.

This is a not completed file, you can add more meshes into it.

Since UT99 engine does not work well with meshes, I decided to create some decoration objects (columns, cornices, supports) in the form of geometry .

I faced with unexpected geometry glitches after rebuilding of map,
If somebody knows, how to solve this - plz explain.

Try rebuild all or use slider bsp optimization

Trial and error, check if anything is off grid, maybe one of a brushes coreners is a bit off etc.

Oh dear, to make a stable map first the brushes ALWAYS have to be on the grid. Secondly be careful with 3d zone portals, they can be very problematic. The majority of the brushes have to be solid but if there are to many BSP cuts you could change some brushes to semi-solid, I recommend all decorative brushes to be semi-solid, just make sure that the semi-solid brush isn't touching a zone portal, or the map will colapse.

I found that when any non-solid (not just zone portals) touches a semi-solid, it can cause BSP holes
