Tiny and easy mutator.
Kick player if there too many players on server with same IP address.
As result:
Any attempt abuse map vote via create majority for kick or vote - failed.
Install:
1. Configure settings in MaxPlayersPerIP.ini.
2. Add to mutator list MaxPlayersPerIP.MaxPlayersPerIP (or to ServerActors - preferred way)
Not need add it into ServerPackages.
