Hello, at Rocket Arena...
If ssb is on, the RA's Main Menu cannot be displayed.
If ssb is off the RA Menu can appear.

Check if it is the same;

Yes correct.. RA has its own Menus and not compatible with SSB. You need to disable SSB when running RA.
In MVX we have this ability by subtracting (-) SSB from running when RA Gametype in running.

Other mapvotes don't yet have this ability.. subtracting (mutators) from running when certain Gametypes are running.

NOTE: CountryFlags32c has mipmaps removed therefore high-quality flags for
users who play with Low World Detail.

this is to address a problem where flags , icons and logos look crap.. because of the use of MipMaps.
players turn World Quality to Low and the wheels fall off.. all mipmap images turn to shit.

we are currently addressing this issue.. and a new beta will be ready for testing soon.
just replace all instances of CountryFlags32b with CountryFlags32c in both SmartSB.ini & SmartSBPlayerStats.ini's
don;t forget to add CountryFlags32c to ServerPackages.
