The basic issue with the 2 Warlord Player/Bot models is that, whilst they have all the correctly named animation sequences, a lot of those sequences are actually the same. So, for example, all death animations, except Dead9, are the same - Death11 isn't even a death animation. Another example is the WalkFiring animations which are the same as the basic Walk animations. So I am not surprised that it doesn't look particularly good.

The 3 DeathEnd animations (which are normally a single frame showing the model in different 'dead body' poses on the ground) are all just a single blank frame with no corpse on the ground. I am not sure what the effect would be in this case in giving the Warlord a carcass. So again the blank anims may explain why the Warlord disappears when killed.

I do, but UTDMW is the prefix I put on the map name for those edits.

The Skaarj one is fully UTDMSkaarjBerserker, but I only use UTDMS for the prefix.

Is there a u1 mercenary as a player model? also the warlord you sent didnt work. It had a u file so i tossed into system

Warlord isn't a player model, so far as I know there isn't one. I mean, there's a gametype which allows you to play as any UT-monster... but I forget what's it's called and they can only be played in that gametype.

Apologies - I forgot about an .int for the AlienWarLordDIrk - here's one I've just made - put it in your System folder and Dirk should then show up
