Unreal weapons

So In unreal one, whenever you shot certain weapons i.e. the shock rifle, your screen shakes and zooms out a bit. This adds oomph every time you shoot, but ive noticed this is lacking in ut99. There a mod or mutator or anything that will bring the oomph back?
