It's been a while.. Latest server mods

Hi all, recently getting back into UT after 20 years or so . I have a son who is now old enough and loves to play so I decided to fire up a new dedicated server for us to play on (not public at this time but may go pubilc later). I used to run a server back in the day for the lan parties but I couldn't find my old files. I honestly forgot a lot but I have been going through things and refreshing myself as best as I can for the past few days. I've got a windows virtual machine running 469c and I made sure NOT to install the HD textures on the server. I enabled the web interface. I have all of the 4 bonus packs installed. I figured this would be a good place to stop and ask for direction.

I'd like to get up to speed with what admins are running these days. What is still considered current/best practice? As I started to look at mods what became clear was that a lot of time has passed and I don't really know what people are using and what is still considered current/compatible in 2023. Any tips, tricks, suggestions or recommendations for things like:

map voting mod/map management
server administration
anti-camping
secuirty settings
stats
good mods
other?

That's the problem.
It's exactly what you do on every topic.
It's who you are.

Showing what you like, asking others to like what you like.
Constantly posting stuff what matters to you.
Created by you, on a website for you only.

These are topics by people who decide to registrate, and ask for help.
They ask for help on certain or multiple topics.

They certainly don't ask on stuff that you like. (on every UT forum you post, which purely die because of your posts)
Show some empathy, try to place yourself in others which reply they would like to see, instead of your own projections.

I literally do not, I've done it a couple of times sure but that's two times (maybe three counting this one).

My little UT "site" is a community on livejournal, which as it's LJ is not "only for me". Not to mention, it's a community meaning all members can post to it (practically a forum) though admittedly no one else has posted there in a REALLY long time.

*has ability to control Actors/Packages/Settings/GameTypes etc.

Thank you so much this is of great help. I installed MVE today and I think I just need to tweak it a bit but looks awesome!
