Hi, ACE website claims compatibility down to 430 version. I am running 451 version on Windows XP and Pentium III with Riva TNT2 Ultra. The CPU has SSE, but no SSE2. So even 469 patch is faulty and there is Github Issues - they used SSE2 instructions because of some laziness or convienence.
ACE seems to be compiled with some incompatible instructions causing a crash. Therefore real non-Windows 10 machines cannot run UT99 online unless you run your own server without ACE.

I have never understood why these assets are recently so restricted, I don't think these must be compiled manually for XP or compilation has to be payed somewhere, and then it doesn't worth effort.
There are also certain goodies, but they work only on SSE systems. Even if machine has a video card that runs all stock and similar things smoother, they have no use because nothing works anymore. Are modern compilations bug-free ? Definitely not
