Limited team colors, nearly invisible when in the shadows.

This is a sort of 1st step to remaking the Shade skin...

...which was all black and had limited team colors, only visible from the front.

At least with this female version...

I use a very similar dark/stealth-like skin while playing...SoldierBlackSuit.

You did request removal of team colors and eyes, so if that's it probably yes.

I've tried making invisible skins with no luck, sort of. I can do it to an embedded bot in-game, edited directly onto a map... but it doesn't seem to work for a player skin.

Similar to the invisible SkaarjAssassin on the ProjectX map.

Although, given the number of models which have built in special features I suspect it's possible to make it a normal feature of a model. At least for someone else, I can't do it.
