Can we got output game mode maps in addition order?
Like I want see if I not miss latest Monsterhunt maps. I go on special page periodically, and check results.

It basically sort maps from latest added to oldest added. And it work per Game mode.

My experience with UA has been overall good, but weird.

People were uploading my stuff there before I even knew about it (which I'm cool with) but not crediting me for my skins. This is why I periodically point out stuff which is mine there so my tag can be placed on "Author".

Took me a bit to get a handle on how to upload stuff so it was automatically credited to me. Just include a ReadMe.txt into the .zip file (with "Author: EvilGrins") and upload it. Sounds simple enough... but with my map edits that doesn't work as I can't honestly do that. Because I've never made a map from scratch, I've only ever edited existing maps.

With map edits I make the ReadMe but I put "Details:" and then a link to a post about the map on my lil' UT community over on LiveJournal. Now, this surprisingly works as the posts there are primarily mine (hardly anyone uses LJ anymore) which caused mixed results like these:
Image
Some of them are credited soley to me, others are credited to everyone else involved.

Because in all map edits I've done, as I'm a crediting whore, I credit both the original mapper as well as everyone who helped me with the edit:

I once forgot to put "Author" into a ReadMe but I did include "Details" which resulted in this:

Still credited to me, but that "homepage link" was a nice surprise... although I've never managed to get that to happen again.

Whoever uploaded this map...
https://unrealarchive.org/unreal-tourna ... a8b3e.html
...forgot to include all of the support files to make the map work.

I went looking for it today, as I requested that pathed version be done and if it wasn't there I was going to submit it, along with a ReadMe showing all the mappers who pathed and consulted on it.

Oh, I think UKX files weren't in the list of known package types when those were originally indexed, so they're not there. Either that or the packages aren't readable for some reason. Will try to re-index them.

"Missing" UKX files fixed.

HaloUT 404 pages for packages: it looks like that is actually a patch that just got picked up as a mutator because it probably has an int file in it without.

The packages are not known anywhere in Unreal Archive so the package files are 404s.

I found and added the actual HaloUT mod that provides those files, and will de-list that mutator.

Also fixed some of the weird "editedEvilGrins" type listings, but it seems EvilGrins is still getting sole credit for a bunch of maps, will have to play with that one a bit later.

This has been bugging me for a bit, and it's not a big deal but it's a thing.

Over on the site whenever there's an X-vehicles update it doesn't get listed under "Buggie".

It pops under .:..: (Dots).

Is Buggie... Dots?!?

Dots is Marco.
Marco create u2vehicles and some time maintain it.
Feralidragon take as base u2vehicles and make XVehicles Beta.
I take XVehicles Beta as base and goes be maintainer for it, so lead to release state with online support.

I not touch readme file IIRC, so it parse and found something in it.

For me it fine, I not pretend it all my work or smth like that. I simple busy with do stuff, not for claim ownership.

Hey, I need someone on UA to delete this:
https://unrealarchive.org/unreal-tourna ... 440cc.html

I accidentally included the .zip file for the male version in there so it's showing content of both under the female heading... and I wanted them related but kept separate.

Please delete it so I can re-submit it after I delete the male parts from it.

Thanks in advance!

Images on entries are disappearing:

Not just that one, I've mentioned this before.

Noticed this morning too, seems like something at the hosting provider has changed, looking into it.

Not for nothing, but considering UA's folks are on this forum...
https://unrealarchive.org/unreal-tourna ... b1a02.html
...and =FoodFight= was developed on this forum, its creators should be listed on the entry.

Something going wrong with authors:
https://unrealarchive.org/authors/simon ... -_xv_.html

Most of this maps not XV, and not related to me.

Except this one:

That's happened to me too.

I had nothing to do with this:

(above issues resolved BTW)

There's a new version now. A lot of these are internal changes but there's obviously a lot of visual change, and a few useful fixes and additions.

- new UI styles
- support for more than just light/dark styles
- add ID and Tag attributes to ContentEntity for more uniformity and interop
- Gametypes included in search results
- Packages from gametypes included in package pages and listings
- Implement packages search via MES
- Fix some usages of slugPath(..).html where `pagePath(...) should have been used (led to 404s)
- @icon macro and improvement to SVG icon usage (styled to match text colour)
- @bigitem macro to simplify implementation of bigitem div
- Improve @authorLink macro
- Fix missing <section> on map pack and document lists

In particular I hope the packages improvements and search will be useful. You search for packages by going to the Search page, and using the drop-list to select "packages".

Hopefully this makes it easier to find those pesky missing packages from some old files you may have lying around.

Multi-author content will continue to be a problem but I'll get there one day when I have the motivation.
