My Glorious Dedicated Server is (crashing) now?

So, I left for work this AM and my dedicated server was running, as is tradition. I usually pop in from my work computer to check on it. Today, when I got home it was not running. I restarted my computer and went to restart the server, as soon as I click the 'dedicated' button the icon shows up for a split-second in the taskbar area and immediately disappears. I verified that all of my port-forwarding ports were still intact. I was able to join other online servers. I suspect Windows 11 overreach bullsh... but I am not savvy enough to combat it. Any ideas as to what might have happened or where I should look? Thank you.

I reinstalled. It worked. It's a hassle to lose all of your game tweaks

Likely broken ini file.
So just make backup of server or just ini files. And you can put them back if such happens.
