But what we really DO need is mappers. As you can see from the list, we still need 76 maps... Yes, this is an insane amount, but following the concept set, it is a correct amount also.

What I want to do next: Joining an UDK team (uncertain however) and improve 3D modelling and texture editing skills

Unrealistic in any way! Even with maps on stock ut level quality it is nearly impossible. Unless you want to recruit mappers who are building cubemaps with redeemers. Forget that bullshit with 76 maps, better include some less but better quality maps. Dont make the same mistake again! Ronin knows what I am taking about...

I sincerely hope that this is a typo and it's either 7 or 6. 76 is ludicrous and you'll never release a quality product. Not in the next ten years.

That's a typo!

16 maps were planned initially. This was extended by another 10 for the Citadel of Ice segment... it's a tragic typo.

EDIT: Ah, you mean FCBP, well FCBP in entriety is big indeed, maps from console versions need to be ported as well as still several flyby maps... the number 76 does include both console exclusive sets, 4 flyby maps and the entire ShamuQuest project.

BUT, I've already noticed several sources that will make console maps question solved really swiftly, just trust me.

I am sorry but this project was dead for years and never progressed past the planning stage much.
