I've came to a sad realization that I'm doing a bad job managing this whole thing.

What now?

If there is anybody who can understand you NOW, then it is without doubt myself. The sad truth is that some people around here do not anywise care for *caught* deadlines or to finish something in a reasonable period. According to the principle that this is all fun why so seriuos? I dont want to say that I am flawless, surely not. But there are situations where you have to kick your own ass in a collaborative sense. Leading a mapping project, no matter how small it might be, tests the leader in many ways. Now you have to decide how you want to handle this.
About to be non-active
My very last UT map project: CTF-FacePalm (tropical CTF-Face remake)
Why do I leave? click here
What I want to do next: Joining an UDK team (uncertain however) and improve 3D modelling and texture editing skills
Thanks to those who visibly supported me until/at the end!

I'm not sure I completely understand what's holding this project back. I've got the servers ready for whenever you want to beta test, Myth. Just let me know

No one seems to have made the teleporter room.
Did someone apply for making the other teleporter room or not?
If not I want to take care of that room.

If there's more than one room missing, and anyone can show me where one should be, I might cook something up fast myself. It's not like I have anything better to do with my vacation time :P

I always expected this anytime since this is the internets and I've seen this far too many times.
I was supposed to cut off and forget about anything older than 3 days old and simply go by something like if you can't do your room in 3 days you rather don't do it.

This is something I failed to do here since it's easier to just wait and not do anything. In the end it's killing off everything and it's the thing that killed off many similar projects.

It's pointless to wait an indefinite amount of time for something that's only probably going to happen.
Duke nukem forever anyone?

@LeviKOS: Go ahead and do it. At least we'll have one way up the rabbit hole.

Yup, I see this in the same way as you. Actually I dont want to name anybody, but from what I see a certain 1on1 CTF egypt mapper is also one of those problems here?

Myth, if there's still anything that needs to be done mapping wise, I can do it in a couple of days. I'm not going anywhere for a while.
