which would be a good number to put in tickrate not for admins, but for normal players
also how much you could put in Netspeed? and what is the netspeed limit ?
and the last qu internet connection options that go into the menu ut is better? if I have ethernet cable

You can pimp your minigun by adjusting the tick rate.

netspeed can be set to very high values
you can type into the console 'stat net' to see what's going on.
