If you did a mapping contest, would the persons skill enter in the equation?

Some of us mappers can mape and script amazing things where as others can only do simple movers

Could divide it into two groups, simple maps where you would have a week or so to make it and a better map where you can have 3 weeks or something? I don't know I don't map.
