Embedded Shoutbox

a shoutbox between the title of the side and the different categories "HOME ABOUT FORUM..." and so on.
instead of the ugly red block ther could be a shoutbox embedded.
this would add a more personal aspect to the community.

I think i will remove the red block under the image...
But i think there is not enough space for a shoutbox.

I think you should get someone to make a new logo at the top of the page, it isnt that good apart from the red UT99.ORG
