To me, looks more like the player could have killed a Skaarj Berserker at close range, and - since they're such big muscular bastards - the Berserker fell and crushed him/her to death. *THAT* would be a funny way to die... sorta like something out of "Curb your Enthusiasm" maybe... (cue the silly theme music 
)
