HitSound?

Does anyone know where I can get the "HitSound" mod for UT99?
I am currently using qFeedback but I'd like to find HitSound.

This is the Q announcer and hitsound setup.

Install all of these files in your server's "System" folder

Edit your UnrealTournament .ini

ServerPackages=EnhancedItems
ServerPackages=Excessive
ServerPackages=EnhancedFeedback

****************************************************
Edit your mutator startup line

mutator=EnhancedFeedback.EnhancedFeedbackMutator,Excessive.HitSound

i use IGHuDv2b, hitsounds, custom HUD, uneven teams msg on screen auto balanced by typing "teams" etc.
