In need of some advice pls,
Is it possible to import a custom UT3 model into UT99?? I have a .max file, what programs are needed to import it?? I never messed around with skinning/modeling.. Just mapping and creating voice packs.. Can someone just point me in the right direction?? (tutorials, programs needed) Thanks..

Possible somehow... There is a lot of UT2K4 models and weapons which converted for UT99
You need UModel: http://www.gildor.org/en/projects/umodel and 3DS Max I think
Thats only what I know, btw Me too want to convert some stuff to UT99, would be cool if I can know how...

He's certainly someone to chat about this. I've never directly imported anything from UT3, though I have done 2k4 stuff. You just have to remember the poly limits that UT has, and that the textures themselves are much simpler.
