Newer games don't give me that community feeling anymore like UT does.
Anyway, my name is Angelino, living in Belgium. Currently still in university, but probably going to stop (again). I'm not really proud of going to school for it was never truly the study choice that I wanted.
Long story short, parents say 'study x' doesn't have a lot of jobs (sports teacher), so you pick something that has (nursery). Good grades, pass the first years, but you don't like the internships (basically your job) at all.
Now I'm studying game dev, but it's all the same.
(Isn't it weird that nearly all diploma's are 3 years studying, whatever the subject...)
Learnt a lot in both the initial first year of each study though.
But in the end, I get way to fed up with the inequalities in the world and how we are becoming dumber & more selfish. I can't concentrate on anything without thinking of how things could be better so easily.
So some friends and me started a nonprofit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_to ... _libraries because we're sick and tired of everyone telling us we can't change the world.
As for myself, I am proud of training for lifeguard & firefighter now.
Maybe too personal for the second post, but I got a lot of catching up to do. Cheers.
It's me on the left.
