THE 512kb MAPPING CONTEST - Gamers Choice Vote

Post by papercoffee »

This vote is for the member of this forum to choose the most liked map - Gamers Choice.
However, this vote will not declare the winner of the competition. It's just a bonus where our forum member can show their appreciation to the contestants.

Get the maps here viewtopic.php?p=68440#p68440 and test them.
You can also write a little bit of constructive critique.

Because we have a limit of 12 answers for a poll in this forum VOTE HERE!!! The maps are in random order.

And here are the RESULTS

EDIT-----------------------------

Voting has ended!!

And the community decided.

First:
CTF-512K-CostaDelw00t

Second:
DM-512K-Sonder

Third:
DM-512k-1on1-FastPaced

Congrats to the mappers. You will be especially mentioned in a readme file.
But now back to the participants vote thread ...we waiting for the last votes!! (impatiently!)

Is there a limit to the # of votes per user? Asking this because all the maps seem to have a vote minimal

You can vote for as much maps as you like but everyone has only one chance to vote.

1) Good.
2) Are we supposed to vote there as actual contestants? Doesn't seem right, especially since nothing prevents us from voting for ourselves except honour.
You must construct additional pylons.

The gamers choice vote is just for everyone who wants to show his appreciation towards the participating mappers.

Made my three choices. Man....some great maps...hard to get it down to three. I suppose I could have voted for all that I enjoyed, but I thought a 'top 3' was more useful.

I need to get back to these ASAP (or at least try and get online to receive some death)
I have played through most so far (with Chaos obviously) and made some notes.
Anything that shines brighter with Chaos will get a higher rating by me, and a few of them are spot on with the proxies, grappling hook and relics etc.

BTW. I don't suppose anyone is hosting with Chaos ? (which is part of GOTY)
