No. Nobody wants to do this. It's not going to happen unless you make it yourself.

Oh, and this comment of yours on ModDB...
P.S: I came up with the idea and the goal first and anyone is welcome to help contribute so I take equal credit for the creation oh and the soundtrack should be a mix of Half Life and Max Payne
...means that even if your suggestions were worthwhile, nobody would "contribute" to "your" project. You've asked people who mod Unreal, Unreal Tournament, Deus Ex, Max Payne, and even the infamous Kaal979. If so many people aren't willing to work on it, maybe you should just accept that you won't be getting any "help" for this project.

Wow ... :ironic:

You have to draw concept art to get people interested, but I can say this in advance ...to get someone interested in a project of this magnitude (and with that special field of interest) will be very difficult if not even impossible. Because what you want to do is not a Mod but a Total Conversion.

I knock on wood(y) and wish you good luck with your project.
But as Al already said:

Come on kid, wake up. There's no one here or anywhere who wants to make this, and then if it was actually a good idea, no one would help you because what you're basically saying is "Do it for me so I can claim I made it", and nobody in the history of the universe would agree to such thing.

Start much slower. Much much slower..

Just try to make a good Woody Woodpecker skin you can slap on a skaarj or a bot or a player or something for starters.

Then take a look at making an actual new 3-d model/mesh with all the cool animations you want
defined so that a coder could use it and you will have everything ready except for the trivial task of making it run around and peck
at things or whatever.
For just the 1st pawn needed for your idea......

Then you need a bunch more pawns, and a coder who can put it all together into a new gametype.

Then you need some mappers who will jump in and make a bunch of cool maps.

Your enthusiasm is great, but the scope of your suggested project is far beyond what anybody is going to jump into.
You would have to provide a considerable amount of finished content before anybody would take a good look at it.

Start slower.

Make a skin.

Just 2 cents or a few thoughts.
I'm not sure if anyone is willing to work at stuff (a large number of tests is required) more hours wasted to deliver something which later will be a kind of "your work" just because you have fired idea but you did nothing ?
Meh... Levels ? Another bunch of hours - again "your idea" goes here too.

Let me see a picture of any guy happily to pass his work to you just because of an idea and full credits going to you. And now... you might want to listen my ideas ? If I cannot put something on a project for doing it on my own then I'm not bother with posting - it's just useless. You could already learn stuff rather that wasting time with debates only wasting usefull time from learning. However I cannot imagine that Woody how is supposed to act in UT, I might be curious about Popeye the Sailor Man too and all Disney's collection ported as "Pawn" form especially in MH, there goes all toillete stuff done for years.

What, Kaal finally learned to do stuff himself ? Last time I was wasting a couple of hours at fixing "good stuff" from MeltTown because those animations were annoying me for years... + some pathing issues, BSP issue, Moon visibility issue, zoning issues, and so on...

Have you tried to read what people wrote here rather than just post?

If not:
Consider yourself to be on my ignore list.

If yes:
Show some effort and do as MrLoathsome suggested.
