UnrealED crashes

Everytime i wanna open Unreal Editor i had this error, when click OK its shutdown.

Do this it maybe fix. Copy this file to your UT's system folder. Then open the unrealed!

When I have figured this error, last time I did not touched any file. I have only restarted computer. Surfing Internet around some videos looks like something went rammed from whatever video codec. Then trying to open a map in Editor returned this kind of error. After restarting machine everything has returned back to normal without changing nothing. That's why I said somewhere about memory being screwed in time and the need for a system refresh.

That's why I always reboot my machine before I play a game or create a map ... :mrgreen:
