@Gecko
Do I have to do all this my self???
C'mon pal, you know how this work.
- -Make a list of the participants (yes, me included).
-Make a decision about the time limit for the contest. Don't delay this too much.
-Set up a thread where we can post WIP pictures for the contest maps.
-Define the rules and prices in the WIP thread.
-Kick my butt to create a batch for the contest.
-Get you contest running!!

How about a contest that uses up all the space in in the x and y directions. z is up and down right? so none of that.
You can move in a direction in Ued until you hit a wall.

Sad that Fran-N-Brag seems to be sitting this one out. So a lot of votes were cast, and I'm wondering how many of those votes will turn into submissions

Exactly. A skybox can be as small as you want and fit inside a crate in the level or between two walls. As long as it can't be seen, nothing forces you to make a huge box miles outside the map.Gustavo6046 wrote:No, he meant a small subtractive cube hidden inside an additive pillar. Nobody can see or play it, but the skybox's there, inside the limit.Red_Fist wrote:Noooo, you don't play in a skybox
You must construct additional pylons.

I already asked that, I think people might missed it.papercoffee wrote:So... when is the start of this contest? Some guys are eager to map for it as it seems.
I quote myself again:
Otherwise, the staff must put up another poll with dates. People can then vote for a time that fits their schedule.So any suggestions when this event will be held? Are there any specific vacation times like school? (Spring break, autumn vacation, christmas etc? )
I have a partime job, not fulltime yet, but I do have to work everyday.
It would be cool to plan this ahead.
