Hi,
i want to share my progress on my contest map.
Tyrs Lair is a Deathmatch map for 2 - 4 Players. It's a medieval theme styled with a small but clean floor plan. It's based on a very old version of a map i made 15 years ago. I didn't published the map in the past, so i don't know if it's fun to play.

Afaik, there are no custom textures used, so it should work.
The current map is a huge overhaul. I spend nearly 20 hours to fill it with a much more complex design and the progress is still going on:

Awesome combination of lighting and architecture, texture looks big but they do the job while architecture details would be too complicated.

Thanks. I try to find the balance between architecture/performance to avoid BSP Holes as much as possible. At certain angles the contest logo disappears and you get something of a BSP hole in the wall:

Currently working on an updated version. There are some things that are missing and i've found some issues that caused BSP Holes.
Things that are done for now:
- New bot pathing structure
- Divided the map into zones
- Added coronas
- Fixed a bug that caused a BSP hole on top of the tower
- Converted the second badge to a semi solid brush too
- Added a missing light (idk where it's gone )
- Added some items to the center area to have a reason to go there
