Hi
I'm asking here but it's more of a technical question
While on my quest to find some old maps me and my friend used to play, I found this website
It looks huge, and I was wondering if there's a way to search for content or not
Thanks
PS: Sorry if this is wrong section, I couldn't find the right one

Re: Search on noccer.de
Seems pretty basic.
1) Go here · http://ut.noccer.de/Maps/
2) Click the GameType of the maps you want.
3) Patiently skim through whatever's in the chosen directory.

Re: Search on noccer.de
Have you tried using Control+F? This way you can type in part of the map name and search through.
Do you know the name of the map you are looking for?
Lastly, this thread could be in Download Search here viewforum.php?f=10 a @moderator will move it soon for you.
@Shade does @moderator work? lol
@Noccer here is one for you

Hey,
yes I tried using CTRL+F but as you can see it's not just a huge chunk of files, they're (nicely I admit) separated in folders.
Let's say I know a map called DM-***keyword. I' don't know the first words, so there's no way to search
Thats just an example though, I already found what I was looking for; i was just wondering for the future
thanks for answers

Re: Search on noccer.de
The thing you gotta take into account is that's a file directory for a website. Most every site has one of those, you just don't normally see them that way.
Basically, if you could find which site uses that specific directory it probably has a search function built into it.
Otherwise, you gotta skim directories manually.

Re: Search on noccer.de
In the early days admins have provided a file named "ls-l.tar.gz" in the root directory that contains a simple (recursive) directory listing in text format, renewed every day. If such exist, searching a pattern with any editor were possible.
