Off the top of my head:
· Impact Hammer
· Lightsaber

· Thor's Hammer
· Blade-Claw
· Knife
· Blood-Sword

I know I've seen more but I can't think of any others right now.

There's several in U4E including an axe, a knife and a pitchfork - plus knives in CS and other similar 'modern' weapons mods. Also a frying pan other than the FF one.

Don't know the name of the mod, but it also has a toy doll as a weapon... which you toss, it walks over to other players, and then explodes.

That's U4E - haven't come across the hammer in it though.

Found the hammer in U4et.u - there's also a lightsword and a katana (with built-in translocation) in U4E.

The Bastard Sword is still a big part of ChaosUT, and as you can see is still the same sword in UT4.

The Extractor from EXU2.
It's model is of Impact Hammer, but its working is different. Holding primary fire will suck guts from enemies and at same time its ammo will get incremented. Once ammo reaches 100 it will fire powerful tons of gibs which is very lethal, even on strong monsters.
Alt fire is zooming.

The HA&KA from FF mod is my favourite. Though it is not considered as melee weapon, but its alt fire does some serious damage.

It's my favourite to play MH maps ...you can even challenge a Titan in close combat with it.
