With JackGriffin here only sporadically, I was wondering if anyone else here knows how to make monsters?
In the vein, not all monsters are originals. Many people have taken existing player models and coverted them into monsters. For example:

Biggest problem with that site is all but 1 model held their weapons at a really wonky angle.
It's one of the first sites I found when I first started grabbing models back in the day, and while it's a miracle it's still up... none of the downloads work anymore. So, anybody doing this would have to hunt down an existing download for the thing before converting it.

You may wanna make the CyberDemon taller than it is (in Doom they're quite tall, about Warlord height) and you wanna ditch its weapon hold. Some kind of energetic attack and melee hit (believe it could hit people so they went flying a bit; haven't played Doom in forever).
So... any takers?
Actually most of the models on that site would make great conversions into UT monsters, if anybody wants to go there.
