He's just letting Bianca know about the rules, given that there aren't many forums nowadays which employ the rules there as strictly anymore, so it's easy to accidentally do things like necrobumping and double post for example.

A NEW member from 2011 ? This means my rig machine is not that old if something is new from 2011...
DUDE, member is here for some years, having currently 6 posts (go get some sleep), posting... a password for a server... but the thread is being started in the right place.
You can even get a list with members - many of them have never posted anything... and Bianca did not break any single rule if I'm looking well around.
Aside, I'm not a good english speaker/writer but at least I'm trying to spell the words a bit properly - you are not even using english words in your other posts...

Btw, speaking about coffee, someone has drunk too much and started double posting, I think a configuration for preventing this dumb thing would be recommended "cuz" no one is bothering to read forum rules, their problems are more important than respecting forum...

To be fair, these rules were common some years ago, but nowadays not really that much except in a few really crowded spaces.
Nowadays the common rules do not dictate things like double-posting, they just focus on the content of the posts instead, so in a forum a user ends up having those rules in mind by default, without even realizing there are rules somewhere.

Having that said, the rules are not well exposed enough if they are that important.
If the rules are that important, they should be clearly shown when a new user registers: they accept the agreement, then they would have to accept the rules before being able to register, and it must be clear how important those rules are (say how important the rules are, and force the user to read them by only showing the "accept" after some time and not immediately).

Or, if double posting is the only real concern, I am pretty sure it can be automated either through custom coding or some existing plugin.
Maybe a more recent version of the software might have that option already (I don't know).

In the past i did also go to other forums and also they have there rules, its good that there are rules, pretend someone lurking around and post bullshit wich does not comform ut99.
Also wich is good that this forum has his own place for placing a message in the right topic.
Well with car driving we have also rules, and they are needed.
Well he did changed his subject, i was realy convinced that he was a new one.

I just wanna say that's there are rules is very good for the people in this forum, and those users hardly breaking the rules wich is good.
The sitestaff and the moderators did a very good job to actualy make this forum good as it exist in these days.
In real live we also have rules.
