I wouldn't say anything in public about my misadventures with him.
Man, working with this aged engine is such a nightmare when I have to deal with things that are too "advanced"... If only the whole damn thing were FOSS I'd stop running into impenetrable walls.

It's pretty much a generic explosion effect, like UT_SpriteBallExplosion.
Update: I'm working on the HUD now, and while I was at it, I made a fancy console prompt.

These mods sound great, by the way, gotta check them when I'm back home.
Also, I'm entertained by what seems to be a hint of "OMG A GRILL ON THE INTERNET" creeper drama in the above posts.
