Yes, it's a DOM and it's from FoT map pack but it's not SandFlea.

I don't know if Creole would fit as a CTF4 map because it's a little bit small.

Nope that is not it...

It's a CTF map by a mapper who has also made a few skins and even his own character model.

Hope this hint helps a bit, gonna give it till Sunday.

Can you guess the name of the map?
