I have another idea. I just found a fatness actor in UnrealEd.
You should add that actor to your maps, just tilt the damage to 0, or
Somehow, like you said, you should add that actor to all of the weapons when you get hit.

haha you could just link the fatness inverted to the health and replace healthboxes and vials with liposuction devices or diet pills xD

Yeah, he found my mod at moddb as well some months ago and made a question (a quite normal one though). Do you know what I did? I deleted his comment
This is one of the very few guys in UT I will not hesitate in removing/banning from anywhere I can.
