Hi,
Each time I attempt to download something it creates a file on my pc saying I have downloaded but the file is always empty.

Is there a prerequisite to be able to download or is it something I need to do on my pc. I am not new at this but have not used this feature in awhile on my pc...doooh! now imagine.. I am setting back up my old sniper server from scratch...with many mods....dooooh yea!!! Looking forward to the good UT times again!!
