I picked up the map name "TerraLift" in another thread here and found that map as a stock map in the old Unreal game. I'm interested in a MonsterHunt conversion and found one at destinationunreal.com: It was converted to MH by "(_@_)_LUCKY", but unfortunately the mapper forgot to unhide the Group "big" before rebuilding the map so that a lot of brushes are missing in the BSP tree...
Is a proper done conversion out there anywhere? My fav search engine gave me no results.

Re: MH-TerraLift
Typically DU's got multiple versions of the same map as everybody tries to fix them... except in this case.
Thanks to looking for you, I found these · http://www.destinationunreal.com/module ... ap&id=1599 · which I'll be trying when I get home.
In fact, a general Google shows there's no other versions of this map anywhere... which is weird.
I'll keep looking.
...a few minutes later...
Eureka!
Okay, 1... DU has 2 versions of the map.
I found this · http://www.newbiesplayground.net/?page_id=1315 · on another UT/Unreal forum I keep meaning to join and never get around to. Down a ways they list your map by both of it's titles. Map is listed as TerraLift / Terraniux Underground.
DU has several maps of that 2nd title · http://www.destinationunreal.com/module ... ap&id=1807
I'm not home and I can't tell. Initial map is the same mapper but the screencap's different. Maybe something, maybe nothing.
...another few minutes
This is kinda fun... and at least now I know why that other one has a different screenshot.

That's clearly an SP map but it's got screecaps on it for both versions of the map on DU.
Cross your fingers!

Re: MH-TerraLift
Thanks for investigation. "Terraniux" seems to be a theme in the Unreal map series; it starts in "Terraniux Underground" (Terralift.unr) and continues with "Terraniux" (Terraniux.unr).
I'm now starting a Monsterhunt conversion of "Terralift"

Re: MH-TerraLift
Pretty sure that's where the mapper Terraniux got his name from, but beyond that you should probably check at least one of those Terr-maps. It may have TerraLift in it, or at least a chunk of it.

Re: MH-TerraLift
MH-Terraniux-Beta-47 is running on a dU MH server. The pics from "Terraniux Underground" posted by EvilGrins shows places that exists in that map too afaik.
EDIT:
I had a view now of both maps MH-(_@_)_TerraLift_LUCKY and MH-(_@_)_Terraniux_LUCKY and it seems that both are integrated in the MH-Terraniux-Beta-47 Map.
I played another (_@_) Map recently which I found not bad but I had some issues with, it was MH-(_@_)_Stargates.
You have to find 7 chevrons before activating the stargate.
The first time I played it all 7 chevrons were found but the stargate could not be activated.
The second time I played it not all needed chevrons could be found, I have the suspicion that the kralls collected them.
I played another version of the map MH-(_@_)_Stargate_v1-umh too but had the same issues.

Re: MH-TerraLift
Yes, in the meanwhile I have also been looking for a MH conversion of "Terraniux.unr", and I found the archives "MH-Terraniux-Beta-47.zip" as well as "MH-(_@_)_Terraniux_LUCKY.zip" (both available at Medor's place. The difference is, that "MH-Terraniux-Beta-47" has combined the old Unreal maps "TerraLift" and "Terraniux" while Luckie's version is a conversion of "Terraniux" only. (BTW: in Luckie's version Inventory items have been added without rebuilding the map afterwards. Running such a map on my server results in buggy player inventory. I recommend not using that version.)Aldebaran wrote:MH-Terraniux-Beta-47 is running on a dU MH server.
If I had knew that "TerraLift" is integrated in "MH-Terraniux-Beta-47" I could have saved my work making an own conversation of "TerraLift". Anyway, "TerraLift(SB)" is in release state now.
Ups, you have already stated what I've written. I guess I did not read this because edits of postings do not appear in forum's "New posts". :-/Aldebaran wrote:it seems that both [TerraLift/Terraniux] are integrated in the MH-Terraniux-Beta-47 Map
What about opening a new thread for issues of this map?Aldebaran wrote:MH-(_@_)_Stargates

Interesting... I don't have such problems but I do have problems with NO PATHS MAPS, No, wrong, I hate them .Barbie wrote:(BTW: in Luckie's version Inventory items have been added without rebuilding the map afterwards.
