UT99.org | Unreal Tournament Community

I'm trying to get my UT99 install back together again and I'm looking for some urban themed maps that would fit well with mods such as Agent X, Operation: Stingray, Infiltration, etc.

I know one such map was authored by David Münnich (probably mispelled that name entirely...) but I can't remember the name of said map. I have DM-DogTown, but ever since NaliCity ceased to exist I'm unsure of where to get the remainder of the maps I once had that used urban settings.

Could anyone perhaps help me in tracking down any and all maps that use modern urbanized settings?

When I get home, before lapsing into a coma (4 hour sleep only the past couple days) I'll take some screenshots of the several of such maps I have... (went through a realism period early on into my UT experience) but you're gonna have to find downloads of them for yourself.

Off the top of my head, any maps by AngelFire are ones you want.

DM-Brikby is pretty close to what you're describing.

I managed to find quite a few already thanks to MapRaider, and for the record for anyone wanting to find it, the map I mentioned by DavidM was called "DM-Urban".

One of my specialities actually, as I love the CSWeapons mod.
You can install a few other realism mods and play the maps in different modes.
I have installed UT and Unreal so they can see into each-others folders.

Many of the Unreal Serpentine maps play really well in UT as they don't have special pathing or actors.
Many Infiltration maps also don't have any special actors, and just swap the regular weapons.

I play a lot of city maps made for sniper servers, but it always means you have to add pathing for offline play.
J's maps are a mixed bag. Always fun but never fully pathed

If you want some classic Unreal/UT city maps, there are many versions of Zeitkind and Zalthag
Maps by "Smith" are urban and rich with detail. KVARTAL is a good example.

However, once you get the map by "FraGnBraG" called "XC-EpicTown", you can more or less retire all the other city maps you have.
It is a bit sci-fi, obviously but still very Earth-bound in feeling. (our near future)

Was gonna include the filenames of the maps along with, so he could actually find them.

Sniper servers often have those maps. Especially for camping. Like good old [wolf] [zsz] [bbst] [bah] etc etc.
Most repositories are present on their website for the public to download.

There' a 'merican guy 'round mappin' for Redrum... Ahhh... He makes pretty maps perfect for some inf action.

It would've been nice if the guy had popped back in to say any of those screenshots I tracked down for him led him to maps he wanted.

DM-XC-EpicTown is an excellent choice. (I should probably throw that up on my server soon)
