Votes have been fired for not being respected later as I can see. Suddenly 4096 is small ? Interesting. That's why in old contest for my 3072 map some players were asking for later SHORTCUTS - updates because yeah... it was too small .
Gimme a break. Are you mappers or plonkers ? Btw, I'm working on another one smaller than 3072 and for sure is not the smallest ever MH map, not even in your dreams. Post note: I'm not even an UT mapper after all...
Edit: And because I'm a bit nice today (mirror did not confirm yet) let's see options:
- two blocks of flats with a street between them - neighbors are battling - can be a CTF there 1 flag in each block;
- a sort of chinese church - pagoda - DM there;
- swarm Fight - some ant marsh - or two pieces for CTF;
- some islands fight - jumpers - simple houses - death zone in the middle - everything in 4096 UU;
- hotel attack - a small hotel having probably Control Points around some Floors - Lifts (yeah Lifts) - stairs, etc;
- a mix area with water and land - village battling - custom actor needed in case of Bot going retarded in water;
- that's all, I'm lack in inspiration - I go play some map...

OK OK 4096uu is in!!! Everything has to be inside a 4096uu cube, the skyzone included.

The Chaos Mapping Contest starts on 1.September. and ends in 6 weeks on 6.October.
The time after will be used to make the final pack it will be hopefully enough time to fix and promote the final map-pack. So we have it ready when the Halloween season is around.

I had a hunt in my archives for anything useful
The official Chaos logo pack UT99
cutmaplogo.zip 1.13MB
1 PSD file with lots of layers.
Use these in maps you set in the "Hellish" Chaos Dimension, or where Chaos has made a claim to territory.
They will seem out of place if you use them for all locations.

This includes the official files and community made content such as maps and skins.
The skins show how past ChaosUT fans have interpreted the look of Chaos. Expect lots of armour plating and chain-mail !

Well I am working on a map, less than 3000 uu but there is no way to make it Chaos other than being cheap and place a deco. (plus I want to release it quicker)
I never make DM or non MH or SP these days, but I had this idea, It is was supposed to be a DM but I thought a DOM version would be strangely cool.
The only reason it's not done is texture alignment. or other lesser stuff.
