down load some different Mapvotes i think unrealadmins still have a few different ones avaliable, http://www.unrealadmin.org if they seem too complicated try another...
anything you dont understand just ask for help, mapvote LA13 is only complicated if you wish it to load different game types from the different lists.
the comunity has changed alot regards sharing infomation these days..
