Anti-Cheat Section?

The problem is just that the portal page doesn't show the header of the sub forum. in that case "Anti-Cheat".
Higor already has a sub forum called Discussions and people could get irritated.

you could also put here a section for listed all the cheaters caught on the server like on Multiplay.

I don't think that's good idea. We would like to remain neutral ground.
And there is also the chance that caught cheaters would start arguing here and would hold us responsible for their ban.
I say, no. No cheaters list on UT99.org.

But you could make a list on your own page and link this list in your signature.
