ACE: ERROR - PlayerManager Connection Failed - Timed Out

Hi, i updated ACEv10e to ACEv10f and i get this error.
I tried removing all old & new ace files, reinstalled ACEv10f and every time ACE could not spawn the PlayerManager. (works fine with ACEv10e)

(these settings worked fine with ACEv10e)

Any idea what it could be?

Are you using the latest v10f package? I updated and reuploaded the files a bunch of times to fix timeout issues. The latest version is in the release thread here on ut99.org.
